As of February 15th, 2024, I am quitting my activity on social media due to mental, health, and privacy concerns.

From now on, I won't be active on the wider (mainstream) platforms and will only use the Internet for self-development and educational purposes with the aim of better managing my time and routines with things that are really worthwhile for my present and future, since I realize that I'm not using my time in a valuable way and am repeating a monotonous and unpleasant routine.
